Welcome to DiZNEW. These Terms and Conditions apply to the diznewmanufacturer website (“Website”), operated by Dongguan Xiaofeiniu Garment Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).Please review these Terms before using the Website or requesting our services.

Quotations specify applicable prices and currency. Taxes, duties, and shipping charges are excluded unless expressly included.

3. Orders and Payment

Submitting an inquiry does not create an order. An order becomes binding when both parties accept its terms in writing.

Product specifications, quantities, deposits, payment deadlines, and other requirements are governed by the accepted quotation, order confirmation, or sales contract. Any separately agreed order terms take priority for that order.

4. Legal Bases for Processing (if applicable)

Production schedules and shipping arrangements are confirmed for each order. Timelines may be affected by approval delays, requested changes, carrier disruption, or customs clearance.

We will communicate material delays. Responsibility for delivery, costs, and risk follows the agreed order terms and applicable law.

5. Submitted Designs and Materials

You must have the necessary rights to submit designs, logos, images, and other materials.

Submission permits us to use those materials to evaluate and carry out your requested project. Ownership, confidentiality, and any wider use remain subject to separate agreements and applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The DiZNEW name, branding, and website content belong to us or their respective owners. Reproduction or commercial reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

7. Privacy and External Links

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. Their content and practices are controlled by their respective operators.

8. Website Availability and Liability

We aim to keep the Website accurate and accessible but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content.
