WHAT TO VERIFY
Puckering, colour & seam behaviour
A sample discussion based on the DiZNEW collection. Project-specific test results belong in the full case record.
— 03 / From reference to review
Before a production quote, align the desired effect, the construction and the checks your collection needs.
Front and back views, close-up references, artwork and your intended garment details.
Discuss materials, technique combinations, placement and possible alternatives.
Agree the prototype scope, development sequence and the details to evaluate.
Define the wash, attachment and appearance checks before planning bulk production.
Sample costs, minimums and timing depend on the design and need project confirmation.
— 04 / Questions worth testing
Appearance is one part of approval. Your design also needs an agreed plan for evaluating materials and craft combinations.
Review shrinkage, colour change, embroidery distortion and how the finish behaves after care.
Discuss the checks for stones, beads, studs, thread and coated surfaces under the intended use.
Agree placement references, shade bands and acceptable variation for the intended production.
— A focused part of DiZNEW

— Before you start
What does “complex denim craft” mean?
Here it refers to decorative, structural and finishing techniques such as embroidery, rhinestones, patchwork and combined surface treatments. Fabric weight is a separate specification.
Can I start with a reference image?
A reference image can start the discussion. Front and back views, close-up detail and an explanation of the desired effect help define what needs development. Artwork and a technical pack are useful when available.
Can several techniques be combined?
Combination projects need a feasibility review. Material compatibility, operation sequence, garment strength and care requirements all influence the design. The exact combination needs sample evaluation.
What are the minimum quantity and sample timing?
Confirm these for the specific design, materials, finish and order scope. Share your target quantity and launch date so the development discussion has useful context.
